We believe that Jesus came down to this Earth to save us from our sins through His death on the cross and His resurrection, so that we could come into an intimate relationship with God. God’s love, through the sacrifice of His only Son, covers all our faults and failures.

“No one, when he lights a lamp covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lamp stand that those who enter may see the light.”

We have been given the light of Jesus and it is our calling to shine that light for people to see rather than keep it to ourselves. The purpose of Edge Student Life Academy is to prepare students for life at college and university and the challenges of student culture. We aim to encourage all those passionate about students to be confident in who they are in God, by equipping them with the understanding of what it is to be a true follower of Christ. Through this we can empower them to share the message of Christ in colleges and universities. Our vision is to see the students involved to stand out and be the difference.

If you are in the age group of year 11 or above, and have this passion to let God’s word be known among students, we encourage you to get involved. Our induction session is on 11 March 2012 after the Sunday morning meeting at the Edge Christian Centre. The programme consists of once a month sessions over a six month period, March 2012 – August 2012. To contact us please send us an email.
